Cultural Fest: Univesity, seminar hall.

Minutes of meeting was conducted regarding the upcoming cultural festivals which is supposed to be held on 31.04.2010, at the seminar hall in the convention centre.

Mr. Periaswamy (principal) in the chair.
Mr. Nithyananda (Vice Chancellor) in the chair.
Mr. Morgan (H.O.D, IT dept.) Director.
Mr. Mohammad Anas (Cultural Secretary)

1. No. of days to be alloted for the festival: It was a pretty hard decision which was ultimately sorted out our principal. All the members attending the meeting were asked to give their own opinions. But finally, taking care of the classes it was finally decided that the culturals would last for ten days.
