This memorandam is to bring to the knowledge of the registrar and all the staff members of this university that a meeting is going to be held on 31.04.2010 in the students audio visual lab at 9:30 a.m, about the the passed out students alumni. In accordance with this memo, I hereby request the registrar and all the staff members to kindly attend the meeting without any hesitation to discuss about the improvement in the academic performance shown by our passed out students in the previous years.
